Sometimes we may need  to find new ways to be in our flow and in rhythm with ourselves. Life can be a dance that we explore with curiosity. 


By using creative modalities and a person-centred approach, I will support you in your journey to find acceptance, inner strength, and to work through issue you may be experiencing.


Dance and Movement Psychotherapy is an approach that combines talking therapy with the use of movement and the body as tools to discover, unfold and process your emotions.


Clients won't need any prior dance experience to take part in any sessions and workshops.
