I have extensive experience in facilitating dance and movement classes. My approach will help you to find confidence in your body, to learn from your body and to find your flow.

to find a space to feel and express ourselves in a safe and supported way. 

Connection to ourselves and with others can improve your general sense of well-being.

Movement is a fantastic way to develop a positive and nurturing relationship with ourselves and our bodies.

I offer bespoke trainings around mental health, trauma, dance and movement psychotherapy and creative modalities.  I lecture on the MA in Dance and Movement Psychotherapy at the University of Derby (UK).
